The System Demo shows the integrated increment of the whole ART, working, to Business Owners and, where possible, customers. The feedback is about the real product.

02What it turns into on the old system
It becomes a status presentation. Slides replace software, each team shows its own component, and the demo environment is a staged version.
03How you notice
- PowerPoint instead of working software.
- Nothing is integrated; each team demos separately.
- Business Owners don't come.
- The feedback does not change the backlog.
04How to make it work
Show the integrated system in a production-like environment.
Invite Business Owners and users, and ask them what should change.
Put the feedback in the backlog the same week. If the increment cannot be integrated, that is the most important finding of the demo.
