01What it's for
In the Sprint Review the team shows the working increment to stakeholders, collects feedback and adapts the backlog together with them.

02What it turns into on the old system
It becomes an acceptance or sign-off meeting, a demo for the manager, or a slide show.
03How you notice
- No stakeholders attend.
- Unfinished work is demonstrated.
- The backlog does not change afterwards.
04How to make it work
Show working software, with real users where possible.
Discuss what should come next, not only what was done.
The Product Owner adapts the backlog on the spot.
