The ART's increment is working, integrated product that customers can use. It produces the evidence that flows back to the System Demo and up to the customer.

02What it turns into on the old system

Release happens at the end of the project, or in two big releases a year, managed by a separate department. The release train is taken literally: it only leaves on the scheduled date.
