The MVP becomes phase 1 of the project: a minimum scope negotiated upwards, with every must-have included.

- The MVP takes longer than a PI.
- It has no success criteria.
- Work continues after the MVP regardless of its result.
04How to make it work
Define the MVP together with the hypothesis and its leading indicator.
Plan it into PI Planning as early as possible.
