The Daily Scrum is the team inspecting progress towards the sprint goal and adapting its plan for the day.
02What it turns into on the old system
It becomes a daily status report to the manager or the Scrum Master: yesterday, today, blockers, person by person.
03How you notice
- Everyone looks at the manager while talking.
- It takes thirty minutes.
- Problems are solved in the stand-up, or not at all.
04How to make it work
Fifteen minutes, by the team, for the team.
Talk about the goal and the board; walk the board from right to left.
Take problem-solving to right after, with only the people needed.
